Ok.. As planned, I went to Sungai Sendat today.. With Fiona (who is overslept) as my company for the day, we set out from Damansara at 9.30am.. Made a stop at Petronas for refueling then head towards Ulu Yam via Batu Caves and on to Jalan Sungai Tua.. I thought the journey will takes a long time end somewhat 1 and a half hour later..

Once we reach the end of Jalan Sungai Tua, we turn right following the road sign.. Move straight for approximately another kilometer or so and we’re there.. Well the road was ok along the way, can say it was paved until the entrance of the falls entrance.. Unpaved for about 200m in the middle, but the road was ok (my Waja can go in no problem XD )..

Have to pay RM1 per adult and RM0.50 per child.. For campers, RM5 per tent but RM2 for students (bring your matric card along, just in case).. Anyway, camping area is quite nice and cleaned, you can choose whether to camped open air or under the shades of the trees (I don’t see the point of camping under the hot sun anyway =_=;; ).. I personally think you won’t have much problem to camp a night or two.. For you lite campers, you can bring hammocks or any sleeping gear you have and park under one of the “pondok” scattered in the area..

As for the environment, it was nice.. I was rather surprised that on a Saturday, not many people around..  There are few groups that is already there, but still we can “mandi-mandi” without any problem whatsoever.. Of course got some ignorant people huha-wing, but that didn’t ruined the trip..

The main pool was big and deep.. I think is about 10m x 8m, I think..  Equipped with a waterfall where you can slide down if you brave enough to hit your butt (or worse ripped it off), which is of course not encourage by me since its dangerous (do it at your own risk).. The height is about double storey building.. You can even climb up and park on top..  We only settled for the pool, as the original intention was to come, see and go back (sorry Fiona >.<).. The pool is more or less shaded with the surrounding trees so it was shady even at noon..

We were then got mixed with an all girls group, nursing students to be exact.. One of them is really cute >_< Anyway, we was in the pool from 11am till 2.30pm.. Would be there longer but there a group of uncivilized peoples (about 7 of them) decided to go to the center of the pool and shampoo their hair.. We and the others were like? WTF? Do you have to be in the middle of the pool to shampoo your hair? Can’t you do it at the side?

Well in the end we just left as the water has the smell of the shampoo (no mood to continue anymore).. Oh yeah forgot to mention, there was also toilets and changing rooms at the campsite..  After change of cloths, we went off at 3.30 pm..
